Our Story
Starting as The Salad Man & Juice Bar Food Truck in August 2013 we brought fresh food to the streets of Rhode Island. In Summer 2017 we partnered with Food Trucks In and Ocean Spray to help bring the first ever Ocean Spray Food Truck to the New England area.
In late 2017 we changed our name from The Salad Man & Juice Bar to The Incred-A-Bowl Food Company. We offer fresh Rice Bowls, Noodle Bowls, Salads, Soups and Smoothies. In our first year as The Incred-A-Bowl Food Truck so far hands down you all Love Love Love Our Korean BBQ Beef bowl and Our Burrito Bowl. We will continue to provide you with delicious food and drinks. STAY TUNED! This is only the beginning!
